  • Group Fitness Classes

    Bodysculpt

    Sculpt your muscles by using the hand weights and the body bar to increase the effectiveness and intensity of the workout.  A total body conditioning class designed to target individual muscle groups.  This class improves muscular strength and creates muscle definition.  Workouts include floor work, abdominal exercises, and plenty of stretching for those hard to tone areas.

    Bootcamp

    The class is cardio-based with the incorporation of military style exercises.  Don’t be scared - weight maintaining, flexibility, and abs.

    Buns/Legs/Abs

    Basic to intermediate or immediate to advanced step choreography. Create your own level of intensity with many variations and options our instructors have to offer.

    Circuit Training

    This class includes one and two minute intervals of cardio using a step or the floor. Members will increase their heart rate while learning the proper technique of implementing various exercises including abdominals, athletic power and speed moves, strength, cardio with a stretch at the end - Great for all fitness levels.

    Dance Aerobics

    This is the traditional style of aerobics incorporating dance moves into a fun choreographed routine.  Dance aerobics is an exercise that combines the rhythmic steps of aerobics with graceful dance movements.  High impact exercises involve intense jumping actions that are synchronized with the rhythmic beats of the music being played. Low impact exercises involves less jumping action, but more of footwork, which are coordinated with the rhythm of the music being played.

    Fat Burner

    This class combines step, high-low aerobics, kickboxing, and sports conditioning moves to give you an awesome cardiovascular workout.  This class usually includes approximately 45 minutes of cardio so come ready to BURN some FAT!

    Hip-Hop Cardio

    Come dance your way to better health. This class gives you a great cardio workout and teaches you fun dance moves - Great for all fitness levels.

    Kickboxing

    Get fit with a 1, 2, PUNCH! A power packed cardio workout that will help you jump, jab, and kick your way to a new level of fitness. No previous boxing experience necessary.

    Pilates

    This class enhances the fundamentals of core body strength and stabilization as it applies to movement - Appropriate for all fitness levels.

    Power Pump

    An action-packed class including a challenging cardio workout & various toning exercises using the body bar and free weights.

    Step

    Basic to intermediate or intermediate to advanced step choreography. Create your own level of intensity with the many variations our instructors offer.  Many times, the class will have a step component and an additional component concentrating on arms, legs, buns, etc.; therefore, the class would read Step&Arms, Step&Legs, or Step&Buns.

    Step & Tone

    Start with step choreography with suggested modifications and finish with hand weights to enhance muscle tone.  Each class will provide overall toning or will target a specific area like arms, legs, or abs.  Tone up muscles while using various strengthening exercises using body balls, toning mat exercises, and/or abdominal workouts.  

    Step & Weights

    Incorporate weights while on stepping to the beat.  Weights will intensify the cardio portion of this class.  Not feeling it?   Add more weight.  Weight too much?  Lighten your weights or drop them all together...you get to choose the intensity!  

    Step Interval

    An interval circuit class using steps, weights, tubing, and props in conjunction with plyometrics and calisthenics. The class will improve muscle strength and cardio endurance.

    Zumba

    A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movement with dance steps. The routine features aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow Latin inspired dance moves targeting areas such as the gluts, lets, arms, abs, and the heart.  It is very unique and uses Latin and world music.
