Our Facilities
 | Co-ed Gym
Our spacious co-ed gym is equipped with Cod-Ex and Bodymaster machines to give you an amazing workout. We have leg presses, ab machines, rowing, and much more. The co-ed room also has 2 scales to keep track of your progress, 6 Stairmasters, and 2 treadmills. The right side of the gym is dedicated to dumbbells with 4 flat benches, 3-seated benches, and a preacher curl. We have cubbyholes for you to use, as well as a water fountain. |  | Cardio Room
The Cardio Room is where you need to be to get that heart pumping! We have treadmills, EFX Elliptical Trainers, and 2 cycles. The room is set up with 3 flat screen cable TV's so you don’t have to miss your favorite show, or your workout. |  | Power Lifting Room
LHC’s power lifting room has the equipment you need build up your muscles. There is a plethora of free weights, including 2 flat benches, an inclined bench, a declined bench, and leg press, to name a few. |  | Ladies Only Area
LHC’s women’s area is a place where the ladies can have a bit of privacy when working out. It is equipped with excellent machines to help tone up where women need it most. The area includes a thigh machine, bun machine, as well as exercise balls and dumbbells. |  | Group Fitness Area
Don’t let boredom get you in a fitness rut! We have great aerobics classes 5 days a week in our spacious group fitness area. Our padded floor makes it easy on the joints by softening the impact. The Group area is equipped with weights, exercise balls, resistance bands, aerobic steps, and weighted bars. Classes include step, kickboxing, pilates, Zumba, pump, and toning! |  | Locker Rooms
What better way to relax after a workout than in a whirlpool, steam room, or sauna? Lafayette Health Club has full wet areas and restrooms in the men and women’s locker rooms. We provide free locker service for all of our members while they are working out, towel service, and multiple stand-up showers. |
| Indoor Racquetball and Basketball Court
Don’t let bad weather ruin your game! We have a 20’ X 40’ racquetball/basketball court. Don’t worry if you forget your racquets or basketballs-we have equipment for you to use! |  | Tennis Courts
Lafayette Health Club has plenty of outdoor fun for the whole family! Our sport courts are open every day during the week, because it is never too late to play. Our five tennis courts and basketball court are set behind the gym and are fully lit and secure. |  | Playground
We want to make sure that your children have their own place to play, so LHC has a playground beside the tennis courts. Our playground has a slide, small “rock” climbing wall, monkey bars, and swings! |  | Swimming Pools
LHC has 2 outdoor swimming pools. One is a kiddy pool set away from the larger pool for the smaller children to enjoy. The large pool is equipped with a diving board and lifeguards are on duty during the summer pool hours. |  | Bar-B-Que /Picnic Area
Come and spend the day at LHC; we have everything you need for a great day of fun! We have an outside area with 2 picnic tables and 2 bar-b-que pits for you to use. |
